Although small, Los Tarascos provides lots of environment. The decor of the restaurant as lively as the hosts. The staff was execellent and were always attentive to our needs. The restaurant served up some hot, fresh tortillas to go with their amazing homemade salsa bar. The salsa bar has everything from typical tomato based salsa's to cilantro salsa and a unique avocado salsa. They also provide onions and radishes to make the salsa your own.
I would also suggest getting one of their Margarita's. They are not too expensive and pack a mean punch. They are so strong that they only allow you two. And trust me, you will only need two!
The food was excellent. We had everything from shrimp dishes (a house specialty) to cheese quesidilla's with no complaints. The menu is quite extensive and is very authentic Mexican.
They also have a patio for outdoor dining.
