A small, out of the way place, South China proved to be better than I imagined. Not just a typical Chinese restaurant, South China provides unique Chinese food not prepared in the usual American style. With an obvious focus on customer service (I have never been told "Thank you" more often") this place is worth a visit.
We started out with soup, which was awesome. It was some of the best Sweet and Sour soup I have had in Fort Collins. I had a beef dish, which was very good and very spicy (I love spicy!). Other people in my group had Seasame chicken and a sweet Chicken dish with pineapple. Everything was very good including the egg rolls.
Never judge a book by its cover! I would recommend visiting South China for some authentic Chinese food and unparralled service!

I must agree that South China by far has the best Hot and Sour soup around. This is a wonderfull place to go if you are looking for authentic chinese cuisine and great service.
